Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (like personalized products), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union (including Romania), you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
